Welcome to Guestfarm Dubbelinks Havezathe

Dubbelinks Havezathe is a farm in the small community of Azelo close to the village of Delden and is part of the Twickel estate, the largest rural estate in the country. The farm is located in the middle of the estate, but can easily be reached from the motorway.

The farm is almost two centuries old; the farmhouse was fully restored in 2006. The tenants are still farming on a small scale with Hereford cattle, sheep, goats, geese and chickens.

Lodges

In the barn where once the cows were kept you can now enjoy your holidays in a modern apartment called a farmlodge where the traditional elements have been made visible inside the building. Farmlodges are modern studios built on farmyards in old stables and farmhouses throughout the district of Twente at the eastern border of the Netherlands. Farmlodges is a concept of Droste's dining and boarding, based in Tubbergen.

On the estate there are many opportunities for walking and cycling through the fields and forests. The villages in and around the estate and the three nearby towns offer a range of shops and museums.

In the morning the farmer's wife can serve you a breakfast made from fresh and regional produce. There is a rich choice of restaurants in the area to fulfill your culinary needs. Those who prefer self catering will find every lodge has a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and a dishwasher.

For a cosy evening the lodges all have a fireplace. The farmer can provide you with firewood.
Of course we are not able to offer you on the screen the full experience of our lodges; by viewing the pictures on this website you can however get a first impression.
